The Strategic Plan is ready to launch. You’ve set big goals for the next 3-5 years. How do you get started? The answer is – one year at a time.

In the same way that you decided your long-term Vision by stepping into the future and describing it in the present tense, develop a picture of what has been achieved as of the 12 month, 24 month and 36 month marks. Again quantify the milestones (outcomes/indicators) – milestones against the objectives (or themes/pillars) of the Strategic Plan. Pace is the key to success.
